As we can only accept a limited number of stationery orders each month, our order diary gets booked up months in advance. Whilst we will do our utmost to assist, orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, therefore customers are kindly advised to book early to avoid disappointment.

We are now fully booked and are unable to accept any new orders. Please email us on info@somethingbeautiful.biz if you would like to reserve an order slot for May 2007 onwards.
Email
Email the name and code of your chosen design, the quantities you require, and the latest date you would want to send your invitations out to orders@somethingbeautiful.biz. Please also advise us of any extra items you require, e.g. orders of service, wedding website etc. We'll check our diary, and if we have space available, we'll reserve you an order slot and ask you to send us the full details of the wording you require along with your 50% deposit. A proof card will be sent for your approval.
Some Things You’ll Need to Know!
Deposits & Final Payment
A deposit of 50% is payable before work commences, with the balance payable prior to delivery. Payment is currently only by cheque.
Wording & Fonts
You can have whatever wording or font you require, but to help you decide, you may wish to have a look at our suggested examples. Click here to see our invitation wording examples, and here to look at our suggested fonts. All wording should ideally be typed or clearly written to prevent errors. You can send these details with your order and deposit, or email them to us separately.
Timescales
Something Beautiful designs are handmade to your individual requirements and, depending on the size of your order, can take up to six weeks from the date your signed proofs are returned. Most invitations are sent out three to four months before the date of the wedding, so you should build these timescales into your overall wedding plan.
Ordering Additional Stationery Items
It is recommended that you order all stationery items (e.g. order of service, menus, place names etc.) at the same time as your day/evening invitations to ensure we order the correct stock levels for your requirements. Don’t worry about ordering more or less of these additional items than you need as you can always reconfirm your numbers with us when you’ve had your RSVPs back.
Delivery
Current delivery charges are as detailed on our prices page and order form. Orders will be sent via Special Delivery, which will require a signature on delivery. We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. You are welcome to request delivery to a work or alternative address if preferred.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. Written/email price quotes are valid for three months - you must place/reserve your order and pay your deposit during this period in order to guarantee the price quoted. For the duration of your order, Something Beautiful will guarantee to only charge you the price applicable at the time of placing your order, so any subsequent price increase will not affect you.
